Join USAID’s Engendering Industries program at its upcoming conference, Advancing Gender Equality in the Workplace, in Washington, D.C.
Learn about the program’s evidence-based approach for advancing gender equality and improving business performance in male-dominated industries, including the energy, water, construction, and health sectors. Share your experiences and learn from Engendering Industries partners, USAID staff, and global thought leaders working to advance gender equality worldwide.
The event will take place in person and be live-streamed.
Please note that this event is in Washington, D.C., USA. Please note that while there are no registration fees to participate in the conference, funding for travel and logistical support to obtain visas is not available. Due to the high volume of requests, Engendering Industries is unable to provide visa letters to interested participants. If you are unable to independently secure a visa and fund travel, please register for the virtual option.

The Wednesday session will build the capacity of USAID technical staff to incorporate Engendering Industries' tools and approaches into program design, implementation, and sector work. Participants will leave the training with concrete tools to assist them in embedding the Engendering Industries approach into their programming regardless of their sector of focus.
