Best Practices Framework for Advancing Gender Equality

There is no “quick fix” for advancing workforce gender equality, but a series of actions companies must take across the corporate structure and at each phase of the employee lifecycle. Engendering Industries developed an employee lifecycle model that includes eight phases and four cross-cutting organizational enablers. Using this model, Engendering Industries partners have increased gender equality in male-dominated industries worldwide.
