Start by taking our Gender Equality Assessment to identify opportunities to strengthen gender equality across your company. Once you complete the assessment, our tool will use your responses to generate recommendations for actions you can take to improve gender equality across your corporate structure. Click the star next to each recommendation provided to add suggested best practices to your plan. Using this approach, you can begin the process of building a tangible gender equality strategy for your company.
Explore Best Practices for Advancing Gender Equality at Your Company
Once you have completed the Gender Equality Assessment, explore the best practices that were recommended for your company. Click the colored boxes in the left navigation column to explore the best practices we recommend at each phase of the employee life cycle. Each best practice is accompanied by a star icon. Click the star to add a best practice to your plan. Use the "Add All Best Practices to Plan" feature to ensure you are taking a holistic approach to advancing gender equality across your company structure.
Generate and Download a Gender Equality Plan for Your Company
The My Plan feature allows companies to create a tangible strategy for advancing gender equality across their organization. You can add best practices to your plan by clicking the star next to the tailored recommendations you received after completing the gender equality assessment. You can also add best practices to your plan by independently exploring the employee life cycle phases, and clicking the star next to each best practice. Finally, click My Plan at the top of the page to view, download, and print your plan.
